Ground Sport Fitness is the first Functional Fitness Gym to hit Mangalore. Our programs are designed to make you fit and toned for life while improving your speed, strength, endurance, agility, cardiovascular capacity, flexibility and co-ordination. To help you get in the best shape of your life while achieving a balanced, total body workout. Being in a physical condition that enables you to do real world activities better is what our workouts are all about, with you sporting a great physique as the only side effect.
We combine cardiovascular exercises, power lifting and strength, endurance & metabolic conditioning by using natural movements like squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, running and jumping. This develops real-world strength.
All workouts at GSF are designed and taught by certified trainers and focuses on overall fitness. The inspiration comes from sports like athletics & football, power lifting, martial arts, military training and yoga, and burns upto 1200 calories per session.
Excellent place to develop your overall fitness. You have so many different exercise options every day and they change the routine every month. So it is never boring in here. Very professional and friendly trainers who are always helpful and make sure you do the workouts in the most efficient way. They also pump you to push you to that extra limit that you thought you can never go. I joined 4 months back and can already feel so much difference in me whether it is fitness or Agility or Stamina. If you want to be really fit forget about those traditional Gyms where you spend a lot of time looking at the mirror and chit chatting; GSF is your destination as here they mean real business(fitness). The best place to train in functional fitness. Never a boring day as the workouts are not monotonous. Nice environment to train with great coaches who are excellent at what they do. Coaches see to it that workouts are done in the correct form. Muay Thai, Yoga, Weight Training, Cardio Kickboxing, Speed and agility and MMA Circuit, gets you fit completely.Excellent improvement in strength,cardio,concentration and stamina after training here regularly. My favorite place to train. Great Job GSF! Definitely recommended for fitness enthusiasts.

Ground sport.. Much recommended. "Don't Train on em machines... Become one.." Using your own strength... Concept well installed by GSF.. Trainers keep encouraging u.. While making sure udon't injure yourself. It feels like every-1 has a PT. It perfects what you have... And the results are definite... *as long as u don't lazy about* all round body development guaranteedwith good equipment. P.S : if we're the horse.. They're the jockey... Yelling "faster faster" Keep it up and don't go away GSF... Or else ill become lazy again

Undoubtedly the finest fitness centre in or around Mangalore city. Suraj and his current team of trainers are hands on with their training. It has been 2 months since I've joined and I see a big difference in my stamina, speed and strength. I personally love the Muay Thai classes but I've tried to make it to every one of the programs to see for myself and figure out what works the best for me. From Weights, Cardio Kickboxing, Speed & Agility, Pilates, Yoga, MMA Circuit etc. There's a lot to pick and choose from. But worry not, if you stick to a time schedule every day, then the work outs will differ every day. You will find that to benefit you greatly as your body adapts to different intensity in workouts and helps you build muscle as well as improve cardio. You can also visit for any specific classes that you like as many times as you want to. But it would be wise to pay heed to your trainers if you want to see improvements. I've been to other run of the mill (big name & branded) gymnasiums in the city. But they generally lacked the attention to detail and the personal touch that GSF has. Kudos to Suraj and his current team of trainers: Prasad, Bharat and Sharat who make it so much fun to work out. They are always on the floor helping you out, ensuring you maintain proper form while working out or assisting you in some other way. As an entrepreneur myself, it's great to see Suraj's enthusiasm for GSF. The optimism that everyone can be healthy and get strong with a consistent approach to fitness rubs off you from the first meeting itself. If you think lifting weights is the only way to be healthy or strong, you couldn't have been further away from the truth. GSF kicks butt! Take their free class and decide for yourself. I put my money down on the very first visit and looking back it was totally worth it! Muay Thai classes are awesome, if you love martial arts, don't miss this!
